Pre book or pre pay for your treatments here. I charge for time rather than for treatments – giving you the flexibility to choose what therapies you receive during your appointment time.

For example an hour can be 30 minutes of reflexology and 30 minutes of massage one week, and an hour of reflexology another time. You could try Reiki for 15 minutes at the end of a 45 minute reflexology session or split an hour between you and your partner for example.

Reflexology Package

 

An ideal reflexology session lasts for one hour. This gives me plenty of time to work all the areas of the foot and allows for indulgent massage of the foot and lower leg at the beginning and the end of the treatment. If booked in blocks of six you can choose to receive a free reflexology treatment or a massage at the end of your course. I would then recommend booking another block of six and pre booking regular appointments.
